EACH SERVICE TIME IS SET ASIDE SPECIFICALLY FOR EACH CLIENT. THIS REQUIRES PROPER SET UP AND PREP FOR THE BOOKED SERVICES + A LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION, NO-SHOW, OR LAST MINUTE SERVICE CHANGE CAUSES OTHER CLIENTS TO MISS OUT + PRODUCT/SUPPLY/TIME IS WASTED.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THESE ARE TO CREATE A POSITIVE FLOW IN MY SCHEDULE + TO ENSURE QUALITY SERVICES TO EACH + EVERY CLIENT.
LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS
IF FEWER THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE (OF YOUR APPOINTMENT) IS GIVEN - YOU WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE SERVICES BOOKED.
NO CALL/TEXT OR NO-SHOW
IF YOU ARE A NO-CALL/TEXT OR NO-SHOW FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOU WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE SERVICES BOOKED.
DAY OF SERVICE CHANGE REQUEST
EACH SERVICE PROVIDED REQUIRES A DIFFERENT AMOUNT OF TIME - SERVICE CHANGES ARE NOT ALWAYS POSSIBLE DUE TO TIMING DIFFERENCES PER SERVICE. HOWEVER :
PLEASE ALLOW 24 HOURS NOTICE FOR CHANGING OR REMOVING BOOKED SERVICES - IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE WHAT SERVICE(S) YOU ARE BOOKED FOR OR WANT TO REMOVE BOOKED SERVICE(S), PLEASE SEND A TEXT TO

AFTER BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT, EACH CLIENT WILL RECEIVE CONFIRMATION TEXTS + EMAILS TO THE PHONE NUMBER/EMAIL PROVIDED BY THE CLIENT AT BOOKING.
EACH CLIENT WILL ALSO BE ABLE TO CHANGE/RESCHEDULE +/OR CANCEL THEIR OWN APPOINTMENT UP UNTIL 3 DAYS BEFORE THEIR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.
IF APPOINTMENT IS WITHIN THE 72 HOUR WINDOW A TEXT +/OR PHONE CALL IS REQUIRED TO AVOID ANY LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION OR NO SHOW FEES.
