Appointment Policies:

I reserve each appointment just for you—this means setup time, products, and prep are all ready when you arrive.

 

  • Card on file required (only charged if policy applies)

  • Cancel with 24+ hours’ notice → no fee

  • Less than 24 hours → 50% charge

  • No-call/no-show → 100% charge

  • Service changes → Please text 910-523-0804 at least 24 hours in advance

Gift Card Policy

  1. Gift cards are valid for spa services only and may NOT be used toward retail purchases made in person or on the online retail shop. 

  2. Any retail order placed using a gift card will be canceled and refunded back to the original gift card to use in the future towards services. 

  3. Gift Cards do NOT expire and will be linked to your personal profile in our system to use when you're ready

  4. A new credit card number or form of payment will be needed to continue with your order if refunded.

  5. Please contact us directly by email and/or Text message to the following contact information: 

6.    We are always happy to help apply your gift card toward a service appointment or assist you in selecting the right treatment - just send us a text or e-mail. 

7.      All gift card purchases are non-refundable.
